- As Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and support on the companies range of controls and heating products
- Assisting the sales team with bids and tenders
- Technical support both inhouse and to customers
- Pre and after sales
- Provide inhouse training

Skills and Experience
- You will have a good technical knowledge of domestic heating and controls
- Understanding of internet connected products and solutions
- Have an understanding of distribution channels
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
