  • As Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and support on the companies range of controls and heating products
  • Assisting the sales team with bids and tenders
  • Technical support both inhouse and to customers
  • Pre and after sales
  • Provide inhouse training
  • Home based

Skills and Experience

  • You will have a good technical knowledge of domestic heating and controls
  • Understanding of internet connected products and solutions
  • Have an understanding of distribution channels
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
