The Role

  • As Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible with dealing with consumer technical and service issues
  • Your time will be spent on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.
  • Being professional and polite, and delivering excellent levels of customer service
  • Follow initial enquiries to conclusion
  • Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Based at their Kent head office

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally experience within helpdesk roles
  • Background of advising on technical products
  • Excellent customer service
