The Role
- As Technical Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible with dealing with consumer technical and service issues
- Your time will be spent on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.
- Being professional and polite, and delivering excellent levels of customer service
- Follow initial enquiries to conclusion
- Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Based at their Kent head office
Skills and Experience
- You will have experience within helpdesk roles
- Background of advising on technical products
- Excellent customer service
